Each week your KickFit workout will progress to more challenging moves to keep your body guessing, which creates the best results! No previous kickboxing experience necessary! Muscle Sculpt Blast: A muscle conditioning session focused on training the entire upper and/or lower body utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, BOSU Trainers or other training tools. This session will sculpt, tone and develop muscle definition to give you the body you want. Important to complete at least 2 Muscle Sculpt classes per week. Yoga: A 5000 year-old art of movement and meditation. This program incorporates various multi-level poses and stretches. Introduce yourself to the benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, muscle endurance, long and lean muscles, improved balance, enhanced focus, deep breathing and stress release. Boot Camp Blast: A muscle and cardio conditioning class that will burn a ton of calories tone and sculpt your entire body and enhance your overall fitness level. It’s a blast!
